What we collect
Photographs of artwork. Optionally a first name and a birth year. An email address at checkout.
Details we strip
Location and device details are removed from every photo when it arrives.
Words inside drawings
Words in a drawing, such as a name, a school or a teacher, are treated as private. They are not indexed, not put on share cards unless you choose, and not written to logs.
Training
Your uploads are not used to train models.
How long we keep things
A session you don't buy from is deleted after 30 days. If you tick the reorder box at checkout, we keep the layout and the photos so you can reorder. If you tick the pile box, we keep the whole pile. You can delete everything in one action.
Payment
Card details go to Stripe, which runs the checkout page. We never see your card number. Stripe keeps the record of the payment. We keep the order, the layout you chose and the delivery address you give at checkout, so the print can be made and sent.
Children
There are no child accounts. The person using this is the parent.

It makes no claim of compliance with any children's privacy law. It is a draft for legal review.
