Terms
Effective 2026-10-18. A draft, pending legal review.
What you give us
You tell us you have the right to reproduce the artwork you upload. You give us permission to read it, outline pieces from it, and print what you order.
What we do
We choose pieces and place them. We do not redraw, recolour, sharpen or add to your child's lines. The one correction we make to a photo is to its lighting, and we show you the original beside it.
Cartoon characters
Children draw cartoon characters. Your child's drawing of one can appear in your own piece. It is never chosen as the main figure, never used in our own marketing, and never used to make a painting.
Orders
Prices and delivery windows are shown at checkout. A delivery window is computed when you order, from the printer's stated production and shipping times.
Your originals
We never ask for the originals and we never cut paper. Everything happens to a photograph. Keep the drawings where they are.
Reprints
A print that arrives damaged, or that differs from the proof you approved, is printed again at our cost. Tell us within the window shown on your order page and send a photograph of the print. A piece you approved at proof and then dislike is not printed again, because it is the piece you chose.
The painting
A painting made from the drawings is a separate line. It is marked as a painting everywhere it appears, it is never sold as the drawings, and it is not for sale until it is shown on this site.
Sessions and deletion
A session you do not buy from is deleted on the schedule in our privacy page. You can delete a session yourself at any time from its own page, and the deletion is immediate.
What we never do
We never train a model on your family's artwork. We never sell it or share it. We never show it in our own marketing. We never put a photograph of a person through the engine.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
